A Company Doing It Right

Today I received an order in the mail of scissors that I had ordered a week or so ago. Upon opening the box, I quickly realized the scissors where not the correct type that I had ordered. I checked the website to confirm my suspicions, and surfed to their contact page to give them a call. After explaining my situation, the very polite customer service rep told me to keep my order, and they would send out a new order without charge.

Wait.

You don’t want me to send them back? You don’t want me to actually confirm that I got the wrong item? Your just going to send me the correct items, on good faith?

AWESOME!

The company in this story is REAL, and in times like these, haven’t forgotten what’s important. Nasco.
